Hey do you guys like Manga (graphic novels). I's not an expert reader at that but I have read some that I liked. Particularly this one called Death Note (haven't finished it yet)it was really awesome!!! The main character was really smart, and usually stayed one step ahead. I couldn't stop reading it! So if you anyone here has read some really good graphic novels or things like that. Post them here!

I read manga. Mostly, though, I read manga that has been made into (or is based on) an anime because that's usually where I hear of them first. I started reading the DNAngel manga, Ouran High School Host Club manga (both of which are even better than their anime counterparts), and others. I do occasionally read manga even if they don't have anything to do with anime, but I don't think I've ever finished an entire series before. I'm more into anime than manga.

I really liked Ouran High School Host club too. I only read up to Vol. 2. But I finished watching all 26 episodes on youtube. It was really good--and funny. than I started watching DN Angel, but than I got into Death Note and I want to finsih reading that first. So yeah. Got into Ultra Maniac for a while too.

I've read Ouran too, but I prefer the anime - better art, in my opinion. >> My absolute favorite manga is Rurouni Kenshin, followed by Fullmetal Alchemist, Fushigi Yugi, and Bleach.

I agree that the Ouran anime had better artwork than the manga. I'm not saying that I think Hatori's artwork was bad or anything; the anime just improved it. Also, Kaoru and Hikaru are much harder to tell apart in the manga than in the anime. It bugs me a little when I can't tell which of them is which. >< Has anyone here read "The Dreaming"? It isn't technically "real" manga because it wasn't made in Japan (the creator, I believe, is Australian). It's not something I'd usually read because it's a bit on the creepy side (ghost stories and curses and such), but I still thought it was interesting. Off topic: I love your icon, Yonder.

Heh Death Note and FMA = awesome. (Death Note really had me hooked. I'd never seen a manga like it before). I hadn't really been into anime/manga, and my friend had gotten me to read all these shojou (the cliche romance ones XD). I found Ouran hilariously silly, and when I read the manga, I was surprised to see how different the art was from the anime. Has anyone here read "The Dreaming"? It isn't technically "real" manga because it wasn't made in Japan (the creator, I believe, is Australian). I think the creator's name is Queenie Chan or something (if we're talking about the same thing XD). I've tried to get my hands on it before, but it keeps eluding me.

FullMetal Alchemist is the only manga I have ever read! I have read the 11th one and i am waiting for the 12th! Do you know how many FullMetal Alchemist the author is going to write?

I really like FMA and Chobits. For more girly mangas, I like Nana and Paradise Kiss by Ai Yawaza :-D

Yup, that's it! I have no idea why I couldn't remember that name...

I think it's good. It's pretty nice! I don't get Manga where I live so I read it online. I read FMA and Deathnote. And I've seen the complete FMA anime.
