When you start to think like that, the possibilities are endless. I could think of so many things, it could take days to think of them all. This could be your 3rd life, but you can't remember the others! You could have been... Henry VIII! Now I just sound insane...

Hmmm, I like what Immortal said 'I seem to see shimmers in the air..and I chuck stuff at them'- if they bounce back, you know you're onto something!

I think that would be the awesomest thing ever. Tongue And if Arty, Butler, Holly, and everyone else existed beneath us... like, DUDE. (Quoting Arty Tongue) Dull moments in my life would be nonexistent.

that would be so cool!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
but i think i've hoped that every book i've ever read was real.  of course, AF is top on my list of books i want to be reality (along with Harry Potter).
unfortunately, we only see what our brains expect to see, b/c vision is a two organ process, and even if we saw a fairy unshielded, we wouldn't accept it; adults and older children/young adults have too many preconceived notions.  it's like when you shine bright lights around tanks in a dark forest; you don't see them b/c the lights and the tanks aren't supposed to be there.  only young children, who have no real preconceived notions, would notice and believe what they're seeing.  (that's something my physics teacher said once).

Say that happend then they(foaly and stuff) would be filtering everything that goes across the web so they would know we talked about it. Its strange to think even though i dont believe it. Smiley

Smart. So you just have to convince your subconcious that fairies are real. Which... Sounds like much more trouble than it's worth.... If you truly believed in fairies you might be put in an asylum. o.O

yeah.  and the subconcious is terribly hard to convince.  unless, of course, you happen to know a good hypnotist...?  that has possibilities...  like, there was a hypnotist at my senior class party, and he convinced a couple of total jocks to act like female (and very feminine) singers!  it was great!  so, yeah, hypnotism might work to make the subconcious believe in fairies!

Hm I think I would have remembered if I did because it would have triggered something when I read the books.
Artemis's memories from when he was ten were never triggered... hm...

omg, i thought about that so many times... i almost wish that could happen! but, remember, it's Eoin's imagination... but sometimes i just don't know...

also, maybe Eoin made a mistake... like kkwojo said, Artemis's memories from when he was 10 in TTP were never triggered... i mean, certainly they would be triggered- he was meeting the same people that he had seen back when he was 10!

It's always a possbility. You could've done all the adventures of Artemis and more and not know a single thing about it. You could've died and have had someone go back and save you. It's a weird thought.
If that had happened to me, I'd be dead five minutes... No, seconds into the adventure. Also, I don't think there's a very large amount of oak trees by river bends where I live. I don't go out walking by streams much either.
