i just reread TEC and realized that when Artemis asks if the equipment he asked for is ready, one of the items mentioned by Butler is a prototype C Cube. This was never used to steal the Cube from Spiro, so could Artemis possibly have put the prototype back on Holly's belt and taken the C Cube for himself? OMG YES. You my friend are brilliant. I can't believe I overlooked that!!!!! That's so cool. That means Artemis still has one of the most dangerous pieces of technology to fairies. But the question remains, will he use it against them? If that (Artemis takes the real one and puts prototype one back) happened, it would've been mentioned. And LEP would've found the real (or prototype) C Cube while looking for faery-related stuff. I think you are forgetting here that Artemis Fowl is a genius, if he didn't want it found, then it would not have been found.

I don't think it happened either. He'd have done something more. There'd have been a bit more of a suggestion that something was up than there was, in my opinion. It's an interesting theory, though.

True, True, But we can hope can't we? Wouldn't it be awesome if somebody took all the inventions from Artemis Fowl and made them in real life?

They could, you know, as promotional items for the long-delayed movie. But they'll probably be plastic models or something like that. I'm not sure if we have the technology today to make them... But if we did, the inventions in Artemis Fowl would be really, really great ideas for inventions in real life.

It might come true You never know, technology is moving at an exponential rate! Learned that from tech class

Learned that from tech classHaha, I remember watching a YouTube video about technology moving at an exponential rate!! Not sure why I did, though... </spam> Anyways... It's amazing how Mr. Colfer can create such awesome pieces of technology in his books. One of the reasons why I love them so much!!

I really don't get how he does it. The best thing I liked about the C Cube was the part 'nestling in blue foam'. Don't ask me why. I have an utter fascination with foam. I also loved the idea of the video tape restoration. I'd scream if that was ever invented!! I have so many old videos that I want to watch DVD quality.

I like how Eoin keeps making references to famous stuff, like Napster when Artemis told Spiro how long it would take to shut the C Cube down.
