I have this really really weird feeling that eoinmadeamistake and the other variant of the name are the same person.

In the atlantis complex, there is a bit where artemis' thought is meant to be in italics and then the 'artemis thought' in normal, but it's the wrong way around Sad

Interesting... I'll have to read it. NOOO!!! I already read a lot of spoiler stuff so now it's slightly ruined... At least I didn't find out what happens with the squid...

It was slightly hard to understand... It wasn't very clear. I didn't like it much. The whole thing about the book is having the characters evolve and fight and I feel like this book had nothing we were looking for... Eoin was trying to balance the HollyxArty lovers and haters..

If you look in the first book, on page 30, on line 18, (the second to last line,) it states: "Artemis cracked his knuckles." Now, if you look in the 3rd book, The Eternity Code, and turn to page 15, on the 5th line from the top, it states, "Spiro cracked his knuckles, a habit Artemis detested." Perhaps Artemis changed his mind, or Eoin made a mistake?

obviously, everyone cracks their knuckles once in a while. Jon Spiro had - if you remember - a HABIT of cracking his knuckles, a HABIT which Artemis detested. He didn't say he didn't like cracked knuckles - he said he didn't like it to be a HABIT.

towards the end of the books,Eoin makes more mistakes, too. i cant quote them now, though.but he's either not keeping it together or the editors aren't.

Well, you should let us know what they are before you start making judgments about his writing abilities or editorial staff.
